**Ms. Ivy's Colon Cleanse

1 Tablespoon of unfiltered Apple Juice

8 Ounces of Spring Water

2 Tablespoons of Liquid Chlorophyll

2 Tablespoons of Aloe Vera

1 Heaping Teaspoon of Psyllium Hulls

Blend in Blender or shake in a container of your choice. Drink immediately. Drink a glass of water immediately after, with two CASCARA SAGRADA capsules. TAKE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING Only. This must be done the first time for three consecutive months, then once a year for 30 days for maintenance. Drink plenty of water during the day (minimum 1/2 gallon)      

YOUR BODY MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 BOWEL MOVEMENTS PER DAY. IF NOT, INCREASE THE CASCARA SAGRADA AS YOUR NEEDS INDICATE. Before I tell anyone about a product, I try it myself first.  I used it every day for three months and I was amazed at how all the poisons and decaying matter just kept coming. At the end of the three months I felt wonderful.
